なぜか、提供した時事通信より、ウォールストリートジャーナルのほうが、報道が早い。
夜を狙ってたのか？他のメディアは報道もしないの？

When workers of TEPCO's partner company were doing welding operation of plumbing for fire extinguish equipment near No. 3 light oil tank (outdoor type) of Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station Unit 5 and 6, lawn of 3m X 3m was burned due to fire spark by the welding operation.


>東京電力の下請け企業の労働者が福島第一原子力発電所5号機6号機近くの3号軽油タンク（屋外型）の近くの装置の配管の溶接作業をやっていた時で火花が発生して、3メートルX 3メートルの芝生が燃焼した。 


We used non-burnable sheets to cover the lawn for fire protection, however, it was blown about by the wind and the fire broke out by the spark.


>我々は、防火のために芝生をカバーするために不燃シートを使用した、しかし、それが風で吹き飛び、火花によって火災が発生した。 


At 11:25 am, we confirmed that the worker had extinguished the fire by the water.


>午前11時25分、我々は現場作業員が水で消火したことを確認した。 


At 0:13 pm, we reported to the fire department and they will conduct the site survey.


>午後0時13分、我々は、消防署に報告し、消防署が現場調査を実施します。 


No one was injured by this accident and this gives no impact on monitoring values of surrounding area and cooling system of nuclear reactor & spent fuel pool.(Previous announcement)

The fire department conducted the site survey and, at 1:13 pm, extinction of the fire was confirmed by them.

東京電力は２１日、福島第１原発５、６号機側の軽油タンクの周辺で同日午前、芝生が燃える火災があったと発表した。すぐに作業員が水をかけて消火しており、原子炉や使用済み燃料プールへの影響はないという。

　東電によると、配管敷設のため溶接作業を行っていたところ、不燃シートが風にあおられ、周辺の芝生に火の粉が飛んだという。
